The Jays played their second game in front of the home crowd in the Historic Gym and took care of business winning three straight sets. They were led by freshman middles Katelynn Jackson (Stover, MO / Morgan County R-1), who had a team-high seven kills, and Mackenzie Lowder (St. Clair, MO / St. Clair) who recorded five kills on the night. Freshman setter Braylee Montgomery (Bonne Terre, MO / North County) got a team-high ten assists as Blue Jay fans looked into the future as the freshman took center stage.

Head coach Dalton Tucker rested his starters after the first set to recover from the tournament this past weekend but stay fresh for the three home games remaining on the schedule this week.

The Blue Jays will be back in action tomorrow night when they welcome Blackburn College to Fulton. That game is set to begin at 7:00 PM.
